How does it work, and what's the turnaround time?
1. Choose your product. Pick the piece and design that suits your aura best — hoodie, sweatshirt, or tee — and add it to your cart. As soon as you order, we start printing your design, and you'll receive an order confirmation email right away.
2. Production (1–3 days). Your order is produced locally and prepared for the next steps.
3. Packaging & shipping. We carefully package every order before it ships. See our Shipping Policy for full delivery estimates.
What are the shipping times and prices?
Shipping within the U.S. is a flat $4.49 (free on orders over $60). Standard shipping arrives in 5–8 business days; Express shipping is available at checkout for an additional fee and arrives in 3–5 business days.
Do you ship worldwide?
Right now we only ship within the United States, but we have plans to expand. Email us at support@minizaura.com if you'd like updates on international shipping.
How can I cancel my order?
Reach out to support@minizaura.com within 24 hours of ordering and we'll gladly cancel it for you. After that window, we're unable to offer cancellations, and all sales are final.
Do you offer refunds for damaged products?
Yes — if your order arrives damaged, we'll send a full refund or a replacement, whichever you prefer.
Do you only offer apparel for the youth?
Yes, our collections are designed for teens and toddlers. Our design team works year-round to bring new designs every month, each one meant to bring a little more personality — and a smile — to the kids wearing them, and to the people around them.
Why only black and white?
We keep it simple so the designs get to be the star — less noise, more art. Plus, black and white go with literally everything in the closet.
